DigiCare Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 24, 2026

Last updated: September 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Brennan Consulting and Digital Services, doing business as DigiCare (“DigiCare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use the DigiCare telephone assistance service, website, subscription and account features, customer support, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

This policy applies to Subscribers, Authorized Users, website visitors, and other people who communicate with DigiCare. The terms “Subscriber” and “Authorized User” have the meanings given in the DigiCare User Agreement. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Privacy practices at a glance

  • Calls may be processed by AI. DigiCare uses an artificial-intelligence (“AI”) telephone agent known as Cimo and may use human support personnel.

  • Calls may be recorded or transcribed. When recording or transcription applies, DigiCare provides notice at the beginning of the call. If you do not consent, end the call.

  • Information supports the Service. We use personal information to verify subscribers, respond to requests, process subscriptions, protect users and systems, improve quality, and comply with law.

  • Service providers process information for us. These may include website, payment, telecommunications, AI, cloud-hosting, communications, analytics, security, and customer-support providers.

  • DigiCare does not sell personal information. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use the contents of calls for targeted advertising.

  • Do not share secrets or complete financial identifiers. Never provide a password, personal identification number, authentication or recovery code, full payment-card number, complete bank-account number, or complete Social Security number during a support call.

This summary highlights important practices. The sections below provide more detail.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Depending on how you use the Service, you may provide:

  • Account and contact information, such as your name, telephone number, email address, mailing address, plan information, and preferences;

  • Authorized User information, such as the name and telephone number of another adult whom a Subscriber permits to use the Service;

  • Call and support content, including questions, descriptions of calls, messages, emails, websites, devices, accounts, or suspected scams, and information spoken or otherwise submitted during a support interaction;

  • Communications, including messages, feedback, complaints, billing questions, and privacy requests; and

  • Transaction information, such as the subscription purchased, amount, date, status, and a payment method’s brand or last digits when made available by the payment processor.

Payment information is generally collected and processed directly by a third-party payment processor. DigiCare does not need your full payment-card number or complete bank-account number to provide telephone support and does not receive or store those numbers when the processor handles them directly.

Information collected automatically

When you call or use the website, DigiCare and its service providers may automatically collect:

  • Call data, such as the calling and receiving numbers, date, start and end time, duration, routing information, call status, and technical quality information;

  • Recordings and derived content, such as audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, classifications, and notes, when recording or transcription applies;

  • Website and device data, such as Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from an Internet Protocol address, cookie identifiers, and timestamps;

  • Account activity, such as sign-in, subscription, cancellation, support, and feature-use events; and

  • Security data, such as authentication events, suspected misuse, blocked activity, error logs, and fraud or abuse indicators.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from service providers that support payments, website hosting, telecommunications, AI processing, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, or customer support. We may also receive information from a Subscriber who enrolls or contacts us about an Authorized User.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the Service;

  • recognize incoming telephone numbers, look up subscriptions, and verify or assist callers;

  • respond to questions, evaluate suspected scams, provide general technology assistance, and support human escalation when available;

  • create and manage accounts, subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, and billing records;

  • communicate about service, account, billing, security, policy, and support matters;

  • record, transcribe, summarize, route, and document calls after providing applicable notice;

  • monitor quality, test features, train personnel, evaluate AI performance, and improve the Service;

  • detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, misuse, security incidents, and violations of the User Agreement;

  • maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect rights, safety, and property; and

  • comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We may combine information collected through different parts of the Service for these purposes. We may also create aggregated or deidentified information and use it for analytics, service planning, quality evaluation, and security. We will not attempt to reidentify information that we maintain in deidentified form unless permitted by law to test our deidentification methods.

3. AI, call recording, and transcription

DigiCare uses AI and telecommunications systems to understand speech, generate responses, route calls, and support fraud-awareness and technology-help requests. These systems may process the words spoken during a call and related call metadata. AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect; the DigiCare User Agreement explains the Service’s limitations.

When a call is recorded or transcribed, DigiCare provides an automated notice at the beginning of the call. By remaining on the call after that notice, you consent to the disclosed recording and processing to the extent permitted by law. If you do not consent, end the call and use an available non-call support method.

Do not place another person on a call, use speakerphone where another person can be heard, or provide another person’s private information unless that person has received any required notice and you have permission to share the information. You should disclose only what is reasonably necessary for the request.

DigiCare may review call recordings, transcripts, summaries, or excerpts, directly or through service providers, for support, quality assurance, safety, security, troubleshooting, and Service improvement. We do not use the contents of calls for targeted advertising.

4. Caller recognition and account verification

DigiCare may compare the incoming caller-ID number with telephone numbers associated with a subscription to recognize a caller and locate an account. Caller ID can be blocked, changed, reassigned, or spoofed, so a number match is not conclusive proof of identity or authority.

We may request additional information, limit account-specific disclosures, or treat a blocked or unrecognized number as a non-subscriber. Subscribers should promptly update or remove a telephone number that is lost, transferred, reassigned, or no longer authorized.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

DigiCare’s website and its providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, logs, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember settings, understand performance, prevent fraud, and measure use. Some technologies are necessary for checkout, account, security, or accessibility functions.

Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website, account, or checkout from working. Where required by law, DigiCare will provide additional choices for nonessential technologies.

6. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We may provide information to companies that perform services for us, including website and ecommerce hosting, payment processing, telecommunications, AI processing, cloud storage, communications, analytics, security, and customer support. They receive information needed to perform their functions and are subject to their agreements with DigiCare and applicable law.

  • At your direction. We may disclose information when you ask or authorize us to do so, including when you request escalation or want us to communicate with another person or organization.

  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a lawful government request, or is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of a user, DigiCare, a service provider, or another person; investigate fraud or misuse; or enforce our agreements.

  • Professional advisers. We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, and other advisers who need it to provide professional services and are subject to confidentiality duties.

  • Business transactions. Information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

  • Aggregated or deidentified information. We may disclose information that does not reasonably identify an individual.

DigiCare does not sell or rent personal information. We do not sell the contents of calls or use call contents for targeted advertising.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Service, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, protecting users and systems, and complying with law.

Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the sensitivity of the data, whether an account remains active, legal or contractual requirements, the risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, and whether the purpose can be achieved in another way. For example, subscription and transaction records may be retained longer than routine technical logs, and information subject to a legal hold or active dispute may be retained until the matter is resolved.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups or archives until they are overwritten or deleted under normal processes.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include access controls, account authentication, vendor oversight, encryption where appropriate, logging, and procedures for responding to suspected incidents.

No method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure. DigiCare cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, used, or disclosed without authorization. You can help by keeping account access and devices secure, limiting the information you share, and promptly reporting suspected misuse.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or appeal a denied privacy request.

You may update account information through available account features or the current support method. You may decline recording or transcription by ending the call after the notice. You may opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe method in the message or contacting DigiCare. You may still receive service, billing, security, and account communications that are reasonably necessary for an active subscription.

To submit a privacy request, use the current support contact published on the DigiCare website, in your account or billing portal, or in your subscription confirmation or welcome email. Describe the request and the information or account involved. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request where the law permits or requires—for example, when we cannot verify the requester, must retain information for legal obligations or security, or need the information to complete a transaction or provide a requested Service. If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and any available appeal process when required.

You will not be discriminated against for exercising an applicable privacy right. DigiCare does not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information unless separately disclosed as required by law.

10. Information about other people

If you provide information about another person, including an Authorized User or a person whose communication you ask DigiCare to evaluate, you are responsible for having authority or permission to provide it. Share only information reasonably necessary for the request.

A Subscriber may enroll another adult as an Authorized User. The Subscriber is responsible for providing that person access to this policy and the User Agreement. DigiCare may limit a Subscriber’s or Authorized User’s access to information about the other person unless authority has been verified.

11. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe or use the Service. DigiCare does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Service. If you believe a child has provided personal information to DigiCare, contact us through the current support method so we can review and take appropriate action.

12. Third-party services and links

The Service may link or refer to third-party websites, products, financial institutions, government agencies, or other organizations. DigiCare does not control their privacy or security practices. Information you provide directly to a third party is governed by that party’s privacy policy and terms.

A reference to another organization does not mean DigiCare endorses it. Verify the destination independently before disclosing information, sending money, installing software, or granting device access.

13. Processing in the United States

DigiCare is operated from the United States. DigiCare and its service providers may process and store information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service, technology, law, vendors, or business practices. We will post the revised policy and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, Service, email, billing communication, or another appropriate method before the change takes effect when required by law.

If a change requires consent, we will request it. Otherwise, continued use after the effective date of the revised policy means the revised policy applies to future use. Previous versions may be made available on request.

15. Contacting DigiCare

For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, use the current support contact published on the DigiCare website, in your account or billing portal, or in your subscription confirmation or welcome email.
